No import duty into Belgium

No. Under the EU–South Korea Free Trade Agreement, cars manufactured in South Korea enter the EU at 0% customs duty. In Belgium you pay 21% VAT and your registration costs — nothing further to customs. We supply the proof of Korean origin the exemption requires.
